Luxury and retail financial strategy, analysis and valuation

When a company plans to go public or there is a private equity or industry sale, I help management refine and explain their strategy in order to maximise their valuation.

This involves crafting the investor presentation to maximum effect, as well as coaching management on how to present most effectively to investors.  I also help companies understand the likely investor pushback by understanding investor concerns and planning how to respond to them.  Examples - Prada IPO, Pandora IPO.


Luxury and retail due diligence 

When a potential purchaser is looking to buy a luxury or retail company, I help investors investigate the key issues.

By understanding the likely industry outlook and competitive landscape and the company's long-term prospects investors can assess the true value of a potential prospect more effectively.  Examples - Cath Kidston.

Luxury and retail valuation

I conduct a valuation of luxury and retail companies by competitive benchmarking and an understanding of the industry outlook.  Examples - Anya Hindmarch.

Expert witness

I act as an expert witness in cases involving luxury and retail.  Example - I recently acted as an expert witness in the Estée Lauder securities fraud litigation case.
